The TORNADO mobile jet system works according to the globally patented negative pressure principle and consists of a single compact mobile machine. By using suitable abrasives (granulates) of different grain and structure, it facilitates the treatment with silent recovery of the abrasive, separating it from the dust.
The machine contains a negative pressure generator with filter cartridge, dust separation and a suitable granulate container. Other components of the system are the illuminated blast hood and the blast jet required for operation. The areas of application are varied and selected on the basis of multiple criteria such as:
Surfaces e.g. clinker, concrete, sandstone, wood, plastic, metal, non-ferrous metal, etc.
Abrasion e.g. strong or layered
Pollution e.g. graffiti, rust, exposure to atmospheric agents, destratification, etc.
TORNADO FEVI STRUCTURE 
From a funnel (1) the abrasive (2) reaches the air flow (4) on the dosing equipment (3) due to gravity. With a flexible suction hose (5) the granulate is transported to the blast hood (6). While exiting the jet lance (7) it is accelerated to a very high speed, producing an equally high jet energy. Protected by the jet hood, the granulate hits the polluted surface (8) and removes dirt or cleans the surface quickly and without dust. The casting process can be perfectly observed and controlled via 3 displays (12). The mix of dirt and spray means is then sucked up through a tube (9) in the upper part of the container (13). The reusable granulate is separated and fed back into the cycle. The processing waste is sucked through the apparatus (11) through the fine dust filter (10) and can easily be disposed of after the work is finished. The larger particles that are removed are retained by the sieve (14). .
