The system of pneumatic mixing of the abrasive, together with the tank’s vibration system, also allows the use of very fine particle sizes, without any threat of clogging or leakage discontinuity. An extraordinary quality of adjustable and modular sandblasting in multiple conditions follows it, in favor of multiple treatments.

A recovery sandblaster uses a system that collects and recycles the abrasive used during the sandblasting process. This not only reduces dust dispersion but also allows the abrasive to be reused, decreasing operational costs and environmental impact.

The Pressure TOP consists of:

SANDBLASTING UNIT

The sandblasting unit uses a 60-litre pressure tank, with remote control located on the handle.

GUN BODY

The sandblasting / shot-blasting process that enables operation in the absolute absence of dust takes place via a gun body casting with a front brush. The system uses a handle with a front brush which, working in contact with the surface to be treated, eliminates dust dispersion in the environment allowing to fully recover and recycle the abrasive used, separating it from the generated dust.


In the photo, the gun body is fitted with the optional "Double handle control handlebar". This handlebar provides great practicality while making it easier to use the sandblaster even on vertical surfaces.

SUCTION UNIT

This new technology is based on the completely automatic cyclic cleaning of three special filter cartridges, without the operator having to stop the suction.

The special structure of the filters is composed of an outer part made ​​of conductive material that permits the discharge of the electrostatic current generated during suction, and an inner part in Hepa class, able to filter out 99.99% of 0.3-micron dust, ensuring a more secure and dust-free work environment.

Thanks to the innovative TDC 30 Iclean vacuum system, the ability to separate and retain the processing waste is high. The effective, patented, self-cleaning mechanism of the filtering system ensures the maintenance of the depression value generated by the turbine, even during use in a continuous cycle.

Regular cleaning of the cartridges happens every 60 seconds:
the system suspends each of the filters alternately, by actuating the vibration and the blowing for about 1.5 seconds. They are activated directly, without the help of means outside of the aspirator.
